If you need to cancel your registration for the SoulFire Artist’s Way course, please let us know at least 7 days before the course begins.A $75 administrative fee will be retained to cover preparation and processing costs.If your spot can be filled immediately from a waitlist or referral, only a $45 processing fee will be withheld, and the remainder will be refunded to you.After the 7-day window, we’re unable to offer refunds except in cases of documented medical illness or military service. This course is designed for adults. You must be 18 or older to participate.🌟What materials do I need?
Just two things: Your own copy of The Artist's Way, by Julia Cameron (any edition is fine). A journal or sketchbook.
No special art supplies are needed.

Tuition: The full course fee is $333 US, payable upon registration.Private Coaching Add-On: Available exclusively to enrolled students for $222 US, which includes two 45-minute one-on-one Zoom sessionsPayment Methods: All payments are processed through our designated payment platform.2.Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the course start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $75 US administrative fee to cover preparation and processing costs.If the vacated spot is filled immediately (e.g., from a waitlist or referral), only a $45 processing fee will be withheld, and the remaining balance will be refunded.Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.Exceptions may be made in the event of documented medical illness or military service, including for international participants. To request a refund under these conditions, please email a written request and supporting documentation to: [email protected] within 14 days of the course start date.
In the unlikely event that the course must be canceled by the instructor, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
We will make every effort to provide advance notice and offer alternative options when possible. No additional compensation will be provided beyond the course fee refund.
Missed Classes: If you miss a class, recordings will be available for you to review.3. Course Materials
